I bring extensive training and experience supporting children, adolescents, adults and families with anxiety and anxiety-related disorders (OCD, selective mutism, phobias, panic disorder, agoraphobia, etc.), issues of self-esteem, tic disorders, trauma, ADHD, and depression. I also work with individuals navigating parenting, life transitions, work-life balance challenges, and relationship issues. My collaborative, flexible, and goal-oriented approach incorporates evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s needs. I frequently collaborate with schools and other providers to maximize treatment outcomes.
