About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based on Long Island, specializing in the treatment of anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, including OCD, selective mutism, phobias, and other anxiety disorders, in children, adolescents, and adults. I provide evidence-based treatment in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment, helping individuals and families build confidence, overcome challenges, and improve their quality of life.

  • Clients are typically seen for 45-60 minute sessions, though more intensive treatment options may be scheduled for specific clinical needs including selective mutism, phobias, ocd and school refusal.

  • Parent coaching may be provided along with your child’s individual treatment or as a stand alone treatment.

  • I offer telehealth sessions to individuals and families residing in New York, New Jersey and North Carolina, through a HIPAA compliant electronic health record (EHR) system.

  • Treatment may be provided in the home, school and/or community setting when necessary to target specific treatment goals and address challenges occurring in these settings.
