About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker based in New York City and Long Island, specializing in the treatment of anxiety and anxiety-related disorders (OCD, selective mutism, phobias, etc.) in children, adolescents, and adults. My approach fosters a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment, integrating evidence-based interventions to help individuals and families achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

  • Clients are typically seen for 45 minute sessions, though sessions may be extended to 60 or 90 minutes, depending on clinical needs. More intensive treatment options may also be scheduled for specific clinical needs including selective mutism, phobias, ocd and school refusal.

  • Parent coaching may be provided along with your child’s individual treatment or as a stand alone treatment.

  • I offer telehealth sessions to individuals and families residing in New York, New Jersey and North Carolina, through a HIPAA compliant electronic health record (EHR) system.

  • Treatment may be provided in the home, school and/or community setting when necessary to target specific treatment goals and address challenges occurring in these settings. Home, school and community based therapy is offered in Long Island, Manhattan and Queens.
